Duties & Taxes / Import Charges
All orders to European Member States are sent on a DDP service (Delivered Duties Paid). Orders to the US are also shipped DDP.
Any orders outside of the EU that are declined by the customer due to customs payments will not be subject to a refund.
delayed orders
All items are made to order. After you place an order, it will first go into production before it is shipped. Production times vary depending on the product and order volume, and processing may take longer during peak seasons. Once your order has shipped, the delivery timeframe will depend on the shipping method selected and the destination. Please note that shipping time does not include production time.
Any delivery dates shown at checkout or in order confirmation emails are estimates only. We do not guarantee delivery by a specific date, as delays may occur due to factors outside of our control, including high order volume, carrier delays, customs clearance for international shipments, weather conditions, or incorrect/incomplete shipping addresses.
If your package is delayed, we will assist with tracking updates and provide available information, but we cannot control carrier timelines or guarantee their delivery schedules.
For international shipments, orders may be subject to import VAT, duties, or customs fees. These charges are not included in the shipping cost and may be collected upon delivery depending on your country’s regulations.
Returns
Returns
Items purchased are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.
All items must be unworn in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact to be eligible for return. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the Products while they are in your possession.
We recommend that you return products in their original packaging to ensure the necessary protection when in transit. We also recommend that returned goods be sent via insured, traceable delivery for your protection.
Please note that returns are currently not free and it will be the full duty of the customer to pay for the return of any item bought with us. Please also be aware that we are not liable for items that are lost or damaged during transit and we strongly recommend that all returns are sent using recorded delivery.
Exchanges
Exchanges requested online are only processed upon receipt of returned merchandise and are based on stock availability at that time. We are not able to reserve or guarantee stock in advance. Exchanges are shipped to you free of charge.
Should you be interested in a different colour or style, or if the product page states the product is low in stock, please register your return request for a refund, and simply purchase the new piece(s) separately.
Refunds
All returns that are shipped back within the 14-day time period will be refunded to the original form of payment. Please note that in case of a written notice and proof of a return within 14 days upon arrival, we will issue a refund latest on day 14. In case we have not received written proof of a return, we allow 30 days to issue a refund.
A pre-paid returns label will be included in all UK orders. This means that if you want to return the product, you simply ship it back to us with that label, and then a flat fee of £4 will be taken off your refund.
If you'd like to exchange this product for a different size or a different item entirely, the fee will be waived.
